Huntington Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Huntington Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If you ever have a chance to visit California, don’t forget to stop by the Secret Garden at Central Park. It’s spacious and beautiful. I went on a sunny morning, and by noon it got pretty hot β€” you probably already know what California’s weather is like. You’ll see lots of greenery, ducks, birds, and squirrels 🐿️. They follow you around as if they’re looking for food, which is really cute. You’ll find that the Secret Garden isn’t too big, with lovely little flowers. If you get tired, you can stop by the Huntington Beach Library to relax and buy some souvenirs.

The Secret Garden was lovely. There are hummingbirds, butterflies, well rehearsed squirrels, turtles, ducks, you get the picture! The pathways are nice, the view is great. There is a welcoming library, and a stage. I'm sure there was much more, we just had limited time.

Great for kids. Ample parking. Bathrooms were filthy, but I’m sure the depends on the time of day, etc. the library is right there, too, to change it up. We saw ducks, fish, eagles, hawks, turtles- and tons of shade. Can’t recommend enough.

I’d like to share a secret, there’s this little garden to see in Huntington Central Park, just north of the Huntington Beach Central Library! It’s no secret to the many regular park goers who access the trails around it. The garden may also be clued in by library users who may notice the lush foliage from the windows! For those who are just finding out about it, I’d recommend taking a look thru this beautiful little lakeside park feature. If the gates are open, then all the more better to step thru for a closer look. Trails meander thru spots of colorful plants, where volunteer help may offer some insight. Otherwise, I felt free to walk thru alone as desired, tho with the help of photo id apps.

The Secret Garden at HB Central Park has been revamped and refreshed and is even better than before! They cleared brush, made new paths that connect and planted new flowers & trees to make it more beautiful and enjoyable. Thank you to the gardeners that created this much needed oasis in the middle of the city!
